Dear Cheryl and Margie:
First I have to apologize for being a dork ... my name is Susan but my site is called Sally Mander's Corner because our 3rd grade class mascot is a salamander and that's how I sign parent communications and my newsletter on teacherweb. My maturity level is elementary school level ... as is my IT level.
I think it was an accident at best, but I filmed using Microsoft Movie maker that was a default program on my machine. For some reason the audio didn't work, so I recorded the audio using audacity. I posted it the first time the way I thought it should be done, the second time I just hit the icon that looks like a film strip in the posting dialog box, browsed for the file and clicked. It took a LONG time but it plopped it right into the blog the way I wanted. I don't know how or why.
If you all figure out how you can get the timing between audio and visual without doing them together let me know. Happy 4th.

Susan,
That is a great podcast - and I really believe anything dealing with math needs the video. Math is just too visual - and it only gets more so. Did the movie maker program come with your computer or was it one you purchased? And what did you use for a camera? I'm sort of a luddite about technology, so I haven't worked much with video cameras.
